Fees
We have a policy of clear and transparent invoicing.
After we have informed ourselves about the project and the client's requirements, we discuss the fee structure in detail. Our aim is to provide excellent legal advice at a very reasonable and competitive price. In Germany, minimum fees are prescribed for our work in the judicial sector, which we have to charge.
In principle, however, our fees are calculated on the basis of hourly rates.
The hourly rate depends on the amount in dispute, the complexity of the case and its difficulty. On this basis, we make transparent fee agreements with our clients.
At regular intervals, usually monthly, our clients receive a detailed list of the work we do. Before we start our work, we charge a reasonable advance agreed with our client.
